Thirty years ago tonight, I went on my first blind date.
I had trouble finding her apartment so I was late, but we talked so much at the restaurant that the waiter had to come back three times for our order. We went to the Comedy & Magic Club after and saw Jake Johannsen, and we still quote bits of that set to each other.
So that worked out pretty well.
