There are issues with attention.

People who have got the attention and built up accounts to millions know the problem of it.

1. You get addicted to it like a cocaine.
2. Your followers expect more from you on moral compass.
3. Your personal life churn on attention based community would be like chicken on shawarma platter.
4. Smaller players always feel left out due to power of higher clout number account.
5. Sometimes people who have high clout want to discuss their personal pains, small issues and for that they have to hide under pseudo name.

Attention is not easy to manage. Those who do become the leader. Those who don't end up being lower hierarchy. Like they end up becoming more chaotic. Some even become negative or dark.

Even the successful have to learn to manage the attention of people. Moment you let it go into your head, the downfall begins.

Attention is like a poison, very few people can digest it.
