Ok, as it turns out it's not *really* a bug with NostrGram. The site is returning headers that contain the og tags that allow previewing of the page, but that site isn't actually filling out the meta details for each page. It's putting the same metadata on every page, including a link to the home page rather than the current article. So the site is improperly formatting its meta tags.
