Decentralized Pictures, a blockchain-based film funding platform, has launched a new award for horror short filmmakers. The "Blair Witch" and "Host" filmmakers are teaming up with Decentralized Pictures to provide two grants of up to $25,000 each. Filmmakers can submit their projects until February 28, 2025, and the community will vote on which projects to shortlist for consideration by a panel of mentors.
