i already think of a way to solve this problem, basic a site where you can subscribe to individuals(the individuals dont even need to have a account on the site) and then the site would scrape the internet and post new videos/post/images as links that would redirect you to where those individuals actually posted on a list kind of way.
kinda like how you referenced this youtube video here on nostr but instead of watching here it would open a new tab in with the video playing on youtube.
it would look kinda like this:
