So... This Adobe Suite-killer Kickstarter campaign has, in my opinion, 0 chances of working out, specially in the timeframe that they want to build this. Unless they fork the popular open source creative tools and just reskin them it'll be almost impossible to achieve their goal but, either way, I've backed the project just to watch the progress and at least laugh a bit at the sad state of the software world and the cancer that is the current subscription-based model.
