#BC judge concludes a defendant "likely" stole his ex's $92K in #cryptocurrency funds when he set up her #Binance account, never gave her the necessary login info, and later cut off contact with her.
But without evidence that the funds had actually been transferred to an account in his control, the judge found the defendant not guilty--though he recommends the defendant help his ex retrieve the funds.
