yep same answer: self made. Just trying to strengthen up my glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and core.

Additionally I see hilly trail training as strength training as well. And even more specific to the needs.

So with those two in place (more consistently starting soon) I feel more than prepared to go to CCC 😇🤠
