I was waiting for a month for an account manager to send me a password from the customer so I could write an integration from their shit to our shit and I am always shocked by how stupid people actually are. 10 different ways I tried to tell him I needed so and so password to the API and every time he would just open a support ticket instead -- it got to the point where I was begging him to set up a call with the customer so I could just ask them for it myself
