Listens to Baroque while coding murder.exe :newt: (npub1wc2…4sk7) Trash Panda :raccoon__w_: (npub1zsq…9zk9) What I mean by recovery is that it stopped increasing and it slightly decreased in size, natural recovery wasn't going to undo all the damage instantly (and besides, CFCs aren't the only thing damaging the ozone layer, some of the other damaging stuff like HFC is supposed to be phased out in 2030). However it should be noted that the Chinese did start making CFCs again so we probably lost whatever progress was made.
This chart plots those numbers plus a grade 3 polynomial trend line, which matches the analysis made by the European Environmental Agency.
