It's quite sad that this junkyard has a better urban network then an average americal city or suburb:

- it has a dense, organic road network
- all amenities are close to each other
- there is plenty of room for shortcuts for soft mobility (pedestrians and cyclists); there are little dead ends
- the organic forms encourage car traffic to go slowly

I'm only doubting about public transport, but I do see some busses though
