This is great! Two things stand out to me:
1) The payer has to commit the whole balance up front, so from the user perspective this is like overpaying with a better refund guarantee.
2) Are the claim conditions exclusive? If the recipient doesn't claim a token before the timeout and the sender loses their privkey, is that token now lost?
