I had #Elasticsearch running on a spare VPS for testing full-text search on #Mastodon. The functionality is pretty awesome and useful.
I have consolidated and moved Elasticsearch onto the VPS running https://shumai.xyz -- there's 16GB of RAM on this VPS, so I have memory to spare. I am not too worried about any performance hit since this is just a single-user instance.
