Two birthdays ago I got a new & larger Kitchen Aid stand mixer. The bowl has felt huge, almost too big for some of my uses, and I felt a bit like I'd never fill it. Tonight making dough for pull-apart coffeecakes the big mixer met its match – I had to fold in the last of the flour by hand
