say I am censored from the top-5/10/50 relays
I spin up a relay, update my 10002 to tell my followers that they can find me on my new relay (a great use of blastr + relays that DON'T carry notes)
the people that follow me, on clients that support outbox, automatically fetch notes from my new relay
users don't have to do anything, they just continue to see me as if nothing had happened
