When we bought our Christmas tree, I asked the guy what they do in this town to get rid of trees. I was thinking he would tell me it's part of trash day, or there's a special pickup plan.
Nope. He said take it to the woods. If I didn't have a woods, I could take it to his woods.
There's woods behind my back fence, and it looks like a few years of old trees, so we did as the locals do, and threw our tree back there.
