I got it in Jan 22 - high-risk but not immunocompromised, 3x vaxxed as was in a clinical trial, no Pavloxid - still got pneumonia and wasn’t back to pre-running speed/endurance until March 23 (then got in a car accident, wishing you the opposite of my health luck ☘️).
