I disagree. Zoom out. No obligation to pay = freedom.
I’ve been teaching yoga on #Nostr for 7 months. Not everyone zaps. But some do. Some zap a lot. Others less. Some don’t zap weekly but zap biweekly.
Value is always given. Value is always received.
More people = more zaps over time. The more classes I’ve held on Nostr, the more word gets around.
Now we have two yoga teachers holding classes on Nostr with the addition of
adya (npub1emv…l7mx) 🔥 (Thursdays, 6am Pacific).
Your view is pessimistic. Have you shared content weekly? Held a class or event?
And how would you fix the problem you see (that I don’t agree with or have experienced by personal experience)?
We will #grownostr and #v4v 🧡💜 it is inevitable.
V4V is flawed because there is no obligation to pay. And as Nostr expands beyond the current userbase, the amount of zappers will grow slower than the amount of content creators. Earnings drop.
