bloody ebay closed my "parcel not received" case without refunding me. so much for Money Back Guarantee.
they told me to get a "unsafe delivery confirmation" from evri, and i guess we all know how likely that is... completely ignoring the circumstances that led me to not have tracking info for six days after the event in the first place
all the while thanking me for my loyalty for being a customer for 19 years... good, we've established that i'm a customer of eBay, so honour your co-liability!
