I hope it was better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.
I just think of acid as fun. Acid insights are usually nonsense, although chaos math was invented on it, and some guy threw a no-hitter tripping in the 70s. It can be performance enhancing. The best advice I ever got on it was from an old Vice magazine: Once you've gotten the message, hang up the phone.
Personally, I've never seen anything that wasn't there. Visuals, yes. Hallucinations, no.
