And then I think about those with support needs higher than mine who have no help, or are in actively abusive situations. I'm not saying that in a "my suffering is invalid, there's worse" sort of way, I'm heartbroken and angry there's innocent people going through even worse hell for no good reason! I don't even know who they are, and it doesn't matter that I don't know them!
