You can buy small amounts from an ATM just feed in cash, no KYC, but there is a camera (at least on the ones I use from bitcoinwell). Don’t need a burner phone. If you don’t want to use a hot wallet on your phone, try a satscard, can buy to that directly using QR code on the back and pass the sats around hand-to-hand with no record.
