SSRI/SNRIs are of the devil. I used to be on so much shit. Looking back, I am angry the street shitter shoved them down my throat like candy when I was in my more formative years. Working out helps. It's not going to cure your depression completely, but it works to some extent. The rest, I think, is finding purpose and being a part of something bigger than yourself.
