A few weeks ago I had been speaking to the bus driver (local company, I get to know all the drivers), about #Autism, he had been referred for assessment last year, hadn't heard anything.
Saw him today, he contacted to find out about assessment, was told he would be waiting at least 3 years.
So I spent todays journey getting him the names of private places for assessment.
Waiting times should not be this long, private isn't always an option.
I hope he gets his assessment soon.
