Putin is ready to sign and he understands that Zele-nazi will NEVER sign your Peace Agreement unless maximum pressure is applied. Putin is actually helping you to achieve your objective ie get the damned agreement signed, a feat you claimed pre-election you could accomplish in 24 hours, if my memory serves me. If you sanction Putin now, will that slow or accelerate peace talks? You know very well the answer to that question. Stay focused on the end goal and force Zele-nazi to capitulate ASAP, to prevent the further needless death of so many.

With all of that being said, there was no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, cities and towns, over the last few days. It makes me think that maybe he doesn’t want to stop the war, he’s just tapping me along, and has to be dealt with differently, through “Banking” or “Secondary Sanctions?” Too many people are dying!!!
