PHEVs from Toyota have been really good tho't the last few years. Got 50k on mine hear they go to 300,000 miles - have averaged 110mpge + I don't even notice the cost of the recharges! (Am a lazy charger or would get more).
Highly recommend them as they beat the system. New model Pry-us Pry-me looks like overall a 'lesser' car for the (more) money tho'.
