I had minor panic attack today that was semi-disabling. It happened after a moment of extreme emotional stress, and all of a sudden I couldn't breath or stand I was so dizzy. Next thing I knew I was on the floor. It all came and passed in a matter of 60 seconds, when I finally got control over my breathing.
I feel a lot better now, but that was super scary. I can't recall ever having experienced a panic attack personally, but I now have a much better appreciation for people who struggle with this on an ongoing basis. Probably time for an unscheduled vacay.
