I think not having a smart phone is probably better, but dumb phone options are even harder to find. They all use some BS low security firmware and try to run apps and other garbage.
Every 2 years is absolutely bonkers to me. Who TF can afford that? Silly question I guess most of my friends and family just finance it that frequently anyway, never paid off.
