"content": "what's most shocking i think is that we only caught this *now*, because we noticed that some apple devices weren't able to connect to tangaras over usb-c.\n\ni reckon the host was sensing that there was already a voltage present on vbus during power negotiation, and was cutting off the device completely as a safety precaution. afaict the only devices i have access to that actually do this are from apple. nice one, apple.",
