Here's a data point for anyone who seeks to understand the values and culture of the university-educated Swedish middle class. Overall, we are opposed to capital punishment. With one exception: littering. We feel that litterers should not only die, they should be denied every semblance of due process. The Swedish middle class would readily fund an anti-littering Judge Dredd system.
