I really wanted to get photos of these new daffodils blooming next to our front door.
I needed to enjoy something delicate and special that couldn't be spoiled by anything going on outside of our property lines.
This morning I experienced a panic attack. It has been awhile so it took me by surprise.
I decided to counter that experience by focusing on what is good instead of bad. Not because I want to hide, but because I wanted to focus on the people I love, the joy I find in living here, and the comfort I derive through my relationships in real life and not.
Soaking up all the love Summer sends my way helps.
It takes a concerted effort to keep fear from overshadowing everything else, but I am working on it.
