Update:
I had to make many phone calls today, complain to multiple people, but I finally had someone help me.
They’re reissuing my medical card in the proper name… and it’s being expedited.
They confirmed the person who submitted it originally omitted my marriage certificate from the application so it resulted it my card being issued in the wrong name.
All good. Still mad but all good.
