Even if I were strong it still wouldn't help with the biggest underlying issue.
I'm an extremely lonely person. And I don't envy people who can live their lives alone.
I know what it's like to not feel alone and I know what it's like to have that get taken away from you. Despite how indescribably painful that feels it's still not enough to make me regret ever feeling happy.
Mussolini once said "It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep" and he was absolutely right.
But - I'm greedy. I'd turn that single day into 100 years if I could do it alone. But I can't.
