I’m a practicing ER doc, and I will fucking say it — if your doc isn’t masking, they’re wrong. If they tell you that it’s fine not to mask, without a long explanation of the balanced risks, they are wrong.
COVID is out there. It is poorly understood. It can cause chronic disease. It kills more people than flu every week all year around.
