Learned yesterday from Abigail's post on the main TL about "moderate drinking" not actually being actively good for you that the measurement of moderate drinking translated to anything from 5-60 drinks a month which is absolutely fucking wild to me as those are completely different levels of drinking (I am generally 4-5).
Moderate trails feel exactly the same.
