#bitcoin I have a lightning question? Is it possible to issue a lightning payment address and then assign the value of the payment after the fact?
I have a quirky use case for this scenario in which i would like a lightning payment to be embedded as a rebate, but not want the rebate value to be determined by the purchase price (which will vary).
