I'm not sure what I would want to do with the turquoise. I haven't worked with the Québécoise yet, but I don't mind the one I'm working with now. The Québécoise feels a bit softer, and the Tricolaine certainly softens up with washing. The company is shut down for vacations until the 9th so I have a bit of time to think about it.
