Hmmm... so what do we make of the fact the planning permission for #housing 'units' outstrips actual building?
Since 2017, each year planning permissions have exceeded new build unites by 100,000 a year suggesting over the entire period on the chart there is a shortfall between permission & build of around 1m dwellings.
Whatever the difficulties of brings projects on, this suggests at the least #landbanking & at worst clear market manipulation....
Govt. inaction looks like more #corruption?
