Apparently a drive died. I thought the entire point of RAID was that a single disk failing would not cause a disaster, but apparently it can crash an HP 410i. Or the controller killed the disk and I will have to deal with this problem again. WHICHEVER.
Those disks weren't even mounted (so no I/O), so I don't know how they could cause a problem.
One cool thing, though, you page through the menu and it will activate the LEDs on the drives depending on which array you have highlighted. See the blue LEDs lit up? It changes to the other disks if I highlight the other array.
