I thought I had read something about Wisconsin's use of drop boxes violating their own election laws - maybe they never put anything in writing and just cheated off-the-books. I remember Michigan's own supreme court ruled against an administrative order for clerks to accept bogus absentee ballots in violation of state election laws . . . not that the cheating or the the supreme court ruling counted for anything.
