Ran into a young homeless couple at the laundry, they only had 9$ and wanted clean clothes. They had no detergent, bleach, or fabric softener. So I offered the use of mine. I also paid for their washer, and since I had 2 jack in the box egg rolls left over that I hadn't touched, I gave them to them.
My philosophy is simple, do the right thing for the right reasons. And if I was in their situation, I would hope someone would do the same for me. And I have been in their position before.
