I found the seller on Nostr who sold me some delicious beef jerky at a Bitcoin event in Calgary.
There is a huge difference in quality and freshness between locally made beef jerky and the mass-produced varieties sold in big-box stores.
I first noticed this years ago when a coworker who loves hunting invited me to his family’s house, where we enjoyed fresh, hunted meat.
