The risk is it’s not Bitcoin. It’s a company with earnings expectations, analysts and regulation. Counterparty risk outside of self-custody. You are putting 60% counter party risk on coinbase eg rehypothecation, honeypot security and bad actor risk. Would you trade 60% of your Bitcoin to invest in the shitconery of coinbase? When you buy MSTR that’s effectively what you are doing. Also its uncertain how the nav will behave in a supply and demand shock for Bitcoin. Bitcoin has periods where outruns it. Simply its filled unnecessary risk. Bitcoin and it are not the same. The opportunity cost of trading the very best asset in all of history are incalculable . Bitcoin has none of these unnecessary tradeoffs and risks.
