Why does every secure messaging app have to use your phone number?
We already have a thing that's relatively anonymous, easy to burn, anyone online has, and can be used for contacting people: a fucking email.
My phone number is already filled with spam, I don't need a stupid "secure" messager leaking it because I didn't do a dozen steps to hide it
