I don't think that's true, in any case, but i think a significant minority doesn't for sure.

My instance, when it gets up and running, will require a real name and either a degree in archeology, history, paleontology or a related field or a published book in the field.
Some kind of credential, in any case.

It will be "open" to that extent.
