Urgh. This situation is so complicated even my solicitors can't work it out and they have a lot of people with different specialties. I may need to find a specialist one.
So if anyone knows any solicitors with knowledge about the mental health act, social care, drug trial post care, LPAs, probate and land registry stuff combined then please HMU. I can't see this being easy in the timescales needed.
There's a bit more to it than I'm willing to put on here.
