So, I probably shouldn’t have done it but the knee doesn’t feel so bad today, no worse at least. Yesterday morning, I grabbed a lucky stone and decided to do an aspirational hike up the ridge on the far side of the valley and back(or around the airport). I made it. 6.5 miles. I also ended up getting a runner’s high from all the aerobics. The runners will understand.
