Man, if I had any kind of power or responsibility I'd be using whatever resources I've got to educate the public about the importance of reducing energy use.
Inviting people to show the ways in which they take action, getting them to compete and take pride in their efforts.
Give this problem the sense of urgency and presence it deserves.
But I guess that's too much too ask of... anywhere on this planet.
