I would argue it's the same problem with theory vs practice but i would say our theory part isn't strong enough as we still haven't found a problem to the adult condition being worse for underage youths

and to be fair i wouldn't argue with choosing either option as both can yield different results and I do think this topic has been discussed before by MAPs in the past but they chose to take an NOMAP stance for the majority of the MAPs and ignored the pro contacts for a long while now

Personally the way i see it both should be put into play with theory while practicing at the same time, but our practice part should have much more caution as not knowing what ur doing and being casual about it would obviously lead to people getting arrested enmasse which can be mitigated by taking precautionary steps or making some guide which can prevent getting arrested

While also providing education to the people about the positive results from underage-adult relationships and providing a justification case for MAPs to stand by and support it while proposing better ways to make relationships more healthier for both parties
