If you can't spend Bitcoin, you can't spend anything.
If you *can* spend *something* you can also spend Bitcoin.
It's a matter of basic accounting. I've never seen any circular economy enthusiasts or medium-of-exchange believers advocate for your overall stack to ever go down in a given week. You should always make more money than you spend, no matter what you consider money. That's the only way you can afford a future.
